You agree to not use my stock in any artwork that contains illegal/copyright infringing images, for example images taken from google or any other search site is not valid stock, also celebrity photography from ANY SITE is NOT valid stock.

If you ARE an ACTIVE member of Devintart, then I DO give you permission to use, manipulate, crop, cut, change size, recolour/paint over etc etc etc my stock art for your own use - thats the whole reason for me putting them up here in the first place! Don't forget to let me know when you use my stock, I WANT to see what you have created!!

You no longer need to request permission from me to use my stock in a DA prints, you must however remember to ask for prints permission for other sites/personal printing, and you must also credit as per the regular rules.

I DO give permission to all artists to use my stock for pose/costume/fabric references etc in their traditional/digital artwork HOWEVER I still insist that I am credited for the resources used and informed in the way described above, the work must also be primarily for DA, though I do allow for educational use.



My stock does not belong in the public domain, the licence I extend for use is for DA members only - if you do not understand this, please ask for clarification - I don't bite I promise!



PHOTOMANIPULATION GALLERY DESCRIPTION -

The Photomanipulation section is dedicated to digital photographs that have undergone post processing and/or editing via the use of a graphical imaging software. The extent of manipulation should be prominent and noticeable in ways where it can be clearly distinguishable from the unaltered photograph.

When submitting to Photomanipulation, keep in mind deviantART's policies regarding source image reuse. You must have explicit permission to use images that are not your own or are not stock images, no matter how much time you spend manipulating them. It is recommended that you also state if you've used your own pictures to avoid misconceptions.

Please Note: All images submitted to this section should be altered in such way that it is clear you have used techniques other than a filter and/or alteration in the colour of the original. Rather than into the photomanipulation gallery, these pictures should be submitted to Photography or Digital Art>Miscellaneous. Also note that drawing or writing on top of a picture does not constitute as a photomanipulation. These deviations should go into Photography, Digital Art> Paintings & Airbrushing or the Cartoons & Comics sections for example. Which category is best suited to your deviation depends on what technique dominates in your deviation. If you have used a mixture of techniques, Digital Art>Miscellaneous. Vectorized versions of your pictures belong into Digital Art>Vectors or Vexels respectively. For more information on the nature of the other categories, please read their descriptions!

Just because not all my stock has a visible copyright watermark does NOT mean that they are not SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT PERMISSIONS! I GIVE DEVIANTART USERS ONLY permission to download, use, MANIPULATE my stock art but NOT my artwork. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CAN COPY AND PASTE UNMANIPULATED STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY INTO YOUR OWN WEBSITE! THIS IS COPYRIGHT VIOLATION!
