THIS IS NOT STOCK! STEAL THIS AND I SWEAR I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND REMOVE YOUR LIMBS...SLOWLY
=+----------------------------------------+= DETAILS ARE HERE - [link] WALLPAPER PACK IS HERE - [link] This came about mainly because I LOVE the Labyrinth and am a complete fangirl and because =CausticStock took some shots of me at Rivington that screamed Labyrinth to me heheh I'd also like to say thank you to some rather nice girlies who haunt The Whispering Muse, you lot rock! Thank you for putting up with me!! =+----------------------------------------+= The old fear was hounding at her mercilessly, making every sound a new monster in a new nightmare. The innocent imagination that had once crafted the Labyrinth was gone, replaced by an ebbing cynicism and realisation that the world wasn't as beautiful or as pretty and safe as the 15 year old Sarah had once imagined. She knew he knew she was there, somewhere in his Labyrinth, and she knew instinctively that he was furious. No doubt her somewhat precipitous arrival had shocked him more than it had her, though she was the master of her own devilry for getting the mirror out of the attic again. In her heart she knew that this time... This time he wouldn't be so helpful. She laughed at herself in her head. "helpful my ass" She muttered glancing back towards the dark mass of the castle in the distance. This time they would be playing for keeps, and she really wasn't sure is she was strong enough to stand against him again. A sound on the stairs below her made her jump, holding her breath she turned slowly and looked him in the eye... =+----------------------------------------+= Resources used with many thanks! Nice job with light & shadow, creates a pretty decent atmosphere. Shame to see your artwork-side so rarely, since the quality of it is just as killer as all the stockshots.

Critiques
So, I keep seeing people writing critics, and even though I'm not a big fan of this, I think that sometimes some works need a cool comment.
I only saw this artwork recently in your gallery, and I have to say that I immediatelly faved it because it caught my eyes and amazed me.
First of all, the quality of the manipulation is impressive, the blending of the different elements is very well made, we don't even think that this piece is made of different pictures.
Also, the lightening is stunning, this mysterious night light coming from behind, the purple sky, all the elements for a magical composition.
The addition of the spiderwebs gives a realistic touch to the piece and it adds some kind of spooky effect, but not in a bad way, I mean, it really reminds us of those tales with castles and wizards.
The model; I totally love how you worked on the dress, and the ripped effect is really cool. And the most perfect part: the hair, OMG, I just love how you painted them, I wish I could paint hair that good, it's beautiful.
And to finish, the whole thing reminds me of my childhood (and it's a good point for you because I love to think about my childhood
Keep up the great work, and we need to see more manips from you because we love them (me at least!
